Sea Buckthorn Berries And Quinces.

An autumn still life with heritage quinces. On the wooden table top are a metal footed bowl heaped with ripe quinces, smaller bowl filled with orange sea buckthorn berries and brass jug also with a sea buckthorn twig. These quinces are gathered in the Rivne Region, Western Ukraine. Quince is a fall fruit that grows in a manner quite like apples and pears. The simple arrangement was captured in soft natural light falling from top right (in chiaroscuro manner).
